Submit your 免费申请联邦学生援助(FAFSA)

要申请经济援助,请提交你的 免费申请联邦学生援助(FAFSA) and ensure that Saint Mary’s College of California is listed in the school section with the code 001302. Financial aid offer letters are typically mailed 3 - 4 weeks after your admissions decision has been released.  Contact your admission counselor with initial questions regarding your financial aid offer.

确保你在即将到来的班级中占有一席之地, you must submit your non-refundable enrollment deposit of $300 (Tuition Only) or $400 (Tuition and 住房) by July 1 or within two weeks after the date of acceptance (whichever is later).

You will receive your official Saint Mary’s login information via email about a week after submitting your enrollment deposit. This information can also be found, along with your incoming student checklist, on the 申请人状态页面. You will need your official login information in order to complete tasks like applying for housing, 完成医疗要求, 查看您的SMC邮件, 和更多的.

Beginning in mid-March, you will also receive a Get Ready Packet in the mail with this information. If you are having any issues with your status page or login information, please contact the 招生办公室.

Make sure to accept or decline your financial aid offer.  The free money (such as scholarships and/or grants) has already been marked as accepted! 应用 For 校园房屋 by the July 1 Priority Deadline

Saint Mary's strongly believes in the value of the on-campus residential experience for students. On-campus housing is guaranteed, although not required, for incoming transfer students. In order to register for housing, you must submit your enrollment deposit of $650 for Tuition & 住房. Enrolled students will receive their Saint Mary's College login information, along with information outlining the steps required to submit your housing application via your 申请人状态页面. If you have a medical circumstance that you believe may impact your room assignment, 请与我们的 学生残疾服务 办公室,他们会进一步协助你. All new students are issued a photo ID card prior to the first day of the semester. Instructions for submitting your photo and access to the submission form are available on the 学生身份证 网站.

To ensure that all students have health insurance coverage, 包括基本的疾病和意外保险, the College has instituted a mandatory health insurance requirement for all full-time undergraduate students. Students are automatically enrolled in and billed for the College’s provided plan through Anthem Blue Cross.  If students have comparable coverage, they must file an annual waiver.  Information regarding health insurance and access to the waiver is available on the 学生健康中心 网站.

In order to accurately evaluate your existing credits for transfer, please have your final official transcript or final mark sheets sent to the 招生办公室 只要有空位. If you are currently completing any courses that are prerequisites for entry as a transfer student, your acceptance is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of these courses.

Our team of faculty who facilitate registration will assist you with registering for fall courses, create an academic plan based on your academic interests, 先前的大学水平课程, 位置测试, 以及项目要求. 当你完成PEQ时不要退缩! Tell us everything you think will help us understand you as a student.

You will receive your class schedule the weekend prior to the start of classes. 如果有日程冲突, you will be able to work with your first-year academic advisor to change your class time (depending on course availability).
